Chapter 3 of Flashback: I’m waiting for Ray to pick up the phone and the memories keep coming. . . Like the time way back in Junior High School when he tried to create his very own Catchphrase. He decided the perfect moment to launch it would be the big talent show, which is where I came in. I had been practicing like crazy for the after school performance in the cafeteria where I was going to play an instrumental guitar piece. We hatched a plan - in one moment we could debut my song AND kick-off
Ray's original enigmatic Catchphrase? Good God, Great Scott, Bad Dog!

Lyrics
Here's a confession - my obsession is to coin a new expression:
GoodGodGreatScottBadDog!
For elation to frustration there's no better excalmation:
GoodGodGreatScottBadDog!
Now, for perfection add inflection to my handy interjection:
GoodGodGreatScottBadDog!
If my creation's a sensation it could even sweep the nation!
GoodGodGreatScottBadDog!
It will be slicker and catch on quicker, if it’s on a bumper sticker:
GoodGodGreatScottBadDog!

Did Ray's Catchphrase sweep the nation? Not exactly - but there were a couple homemade t-shirts, one temporary tattoo and some scribbles on bathroom walls at Washington Jr High.
